The French-Australian Chamber's primary objectives are:

At a glance
The French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FACCI) was founded in 1899. At the time, Australia’s trade relations with France were almost solely dependent on the export of wool. More than a century later, this relationship now includes a host of other industries.
Today the Chamber is an extensive and expending network of companies and individuals which ensure members to exchange and benefit from a large access of commercial, industrial, financial, legal companies, and other service specialists experts and consultants to promote trade and investment between France and Australia.
FACCI is an independent, not-for-profit organisation offering its 750 members Australia-wide the perfect medium to network and develop partnerships. From five offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide the Chamber organises a range of business functions and social events to its members. The Chamber is affiliated to the Union des Chambres de Commerce et d’Industrie Françaises à l’Etranger (UCCIFE), a worldwide network of 111 French Chambers operating in 81 countries.
Through its membership base and network FACCI has at its disposal a significant and diverse range of contacts within the French-Australian business community. The Chamber also liaises with the French Governmental agencies in Australia and invites Australia’s Federal and State Governments to meet with its members
