Each year, the French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry in each state elects a board of up to 15 members to govern the French Chamber in that state. Each board subsequently elects the Executive Committee consisting of a President, Vice-President(s), a Treasurer and a Secretary.

The Executive Board members from each state then form the Federal FACCI Board. The Federal Executive Committee is then elected by these members.

The day-to-day business of the Chamber is managed by a permanent team.
