The book “Michel Chapoutier” has just been awarded the Cook Book Award for the World’s Best Book on French Wine.
The book dedicated to the Maison Chapoutier, entitled “Michel Chapoutier” (published by Minerva in December 2009), written by Jean-Charles Chapuzet in collaboration with Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve, has just received a second award.
After having received the 2009 Gourmand Award for Best Book on Wine in France, it competed for the ultimate award of the Best Publication on Wine in the World, during the Paris Cook Book Fair. This was the first edition of this trade fair established to honour the world’s best publications on gastronomy, cooking and wine.

The organisation of the French Car Festival rotates around the 3 major Car Clubs (Renault, Peugeot and Citroen) and the Renault CCV is organising this year’s event which will attract approximately 250 cars from the major brands along with DeLage, Simca, Bugatti, Facel and Panhard – representing all eras of French motoring. Also represented are Velosolex bikes.
