Chers Membres,
Well the European summer is over and most of you must be back for the “rentrée”.
I am pleased to announce many great upcoming events, the closest to come is our Gala Dinner “The Night is Green” an eco friendly event with a low carbon footprint. I cannot urge you enough about the exceptional program we have put together for you. The venue, Doltone House Darling Island Wharf has a 6 star energy rating, built with recycled materials and is consequently “green.” The food will be outstanding with two great chefs, Tony Bilson and Jean-Francois Salet, who will delight our taste buds and prepare organic and seasonal dishes. Throughout the evening we will be entertained with remarkable live music which will certainly get you up dancing. This event would not be complete of course, without the wines and champagne that will be flowing throughout the course of the night… This will be a night to remember, to ensure you do not miss out be sure to book and reserve your seat or table!
We have decided to postpone our Welcome to Sydney Seminar to give you more time in order not to rush you. This has now been rescheduled for the 25th of November; however, the program and the venue remain the same.
In addition, we are also working on the annual Regatta, an extremely popular event amongst our members. This year we are looking forward to a change in venue and format, but we won’t spoil the surprise!
I hope you are all feeling refreshed, restored and ready to get back to work with a renewed energy and sense of enthusiasm. Rest assured that the FACCI team will endeavor to serve and entertain you the best possible way.
I look forward to seeing you all at our annual flagship event; “The Night is Green Gala Dinner” on Friday 24th of September at Doltone House, Darling Island Warf.
Bien cordialement,
Anne-Sophie VINCENT
