Transport & Infrastructure breakfast: Smart Cities and integrated technologies @ Holding Redlich

    August 23, 2017

Smart Cities - Wednesday 23 August

The French-Australian Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to its second Transport & Infrastructure breakfast of the year, dedicated to Smart Cities and integrated technologies on Wednesday 23 August from 7am to 9am.

Our keynote speaker, Cr Krista Adams, Chair of the Brisbane Finance and Economic Development Committee, will present Smart, Connected Brisbane, the Council's approach to building a smart, prosperous city based on innovation and digital technology. Smart, connected Brisbane will guide the way to meet the demands of residents, deliver value for money for ratepayers, while also ensuring Brisbane retains its skilled workforce and innovators by providing employment opportunities in these industries.

Part of building those smart connected communities is about extracting the greatest amount of value from the data already collected within a city or region. Our Corporate member Atos, a global leader in digital transformation, will talk to us about Big Data management and how it can often deliver benefits well beyond the original intended purpose thus unlocking significant economic and civic potential.

Our third speaker, from Dassault Systèmes will present how digital technology is changing the planning and execution of capital projects across many industries. Our speaker will also share some insights into Dassault's pioneering data analytics and 3D modelling project Digital Singapore and how Singapore is using this technology.
The event will include a light buffet breakfast.

The event will include a light buffet breakfast* kindly offered by our host and Patron member, Holding Redlich.
