    Angus Ridgway

    As a former Senior Partner of 20 years at McKinsey & Co., Angus led the firm’s strategy practice in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Working alongside CEO’s in mapping out their strategies, he became fascinated in leadership and the science of “what it takes” to be successful. During his journey, he worked with several experts in the field including Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar and that inspired meeting of the minds led to the formation of Potentialife.

    Guy Sigston

    Guy Sigston is the founder and Group Managing Director of the Lawson Group of companies. Recognised with multiple business awards, Guy is a leading advisor, recruiter and business builder. Guy has founded several businesses in professional services and technology and sits on multiple advisory boards. Guy has undertaken formal education in civil engineering and accounting and has completed extensive study in business and human resources. Guy sailed from New Zealand to France over an 18 month period with his young family in 2010/11 and lived in Sarlat-la-Caneda, Dordogne, until returning to Melbourne in 2012. He is a French national.
