Balance of Power: Negotiating when the other side holds all the cards
Do you find it difficult to influence when it appears that the other party is in a stronger position to enforce their demands?
Does this give you the feeling that you have to “take it or leave it”?
Are you a SME, do you ever feel like you are not been taken seriously when negotiating with a more powerful party? How do you increase your negotiation power?
Is it wise to protect yourself by establishing “bottom lines” or “red lines”? If NOT, how do you protect yourself?
When the other party holds all the cards, how you negotiate is absolutely critical.
In this seminar, you will learn practical negotiation skills to implement when it appears that the other party holds all the cards. They might seem to be in a better position to enforce their demands, which can leave you with the feeling that you have to "take it or leave it".
A light breakfast will kindly be provided by Gontran Cherrier
