In this seminar, you will learn practical negotiation skills to implement when it appears that the other party holds all the cards. They might seem to be in a better position to enforce their demands, which can leave you with the feeling that you have to "take it or leave it".

Amy Castos has a background as a lawyer in the corporate and government sectors for over 14 years. She specialises in working with teams and individuals in a broad range of industries including professional services, not for profit and government, to maximise their productivity and performance in the workplace in a sustainable and healthy way. She is accredited in a behavioural profiling tool, Extended DISC, which enables her to work with teams and individuals to develop specific strategies to achieve the highest levels of productivity and success.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology from the University of Melbourne.
