FRANCK PROVOST PARIS - AUSTRALIE
Position: Executive Assistant Intern
Franck Provost is the leading Hair Salon company in Paris and throughout France. It is part of the Provalliance hairdressing group, wich is number one in Europe and number two in the word.
Franck Provost Australia is the Master Franchise of Franck Provost in Australia. Since November 2008, it has opened two salons in Sydney and is about to open more salons in the coming months.
The head office is in charge of the overall coordination, management and marketing of the salons and is located in Woolloomooloo, Sydney. The position avalaible is at the head office.
Missions :
- Finance and Accounting
Handle the financial aspect of the company (cash flow, budget, etc.)
Cost accounting and follow up of weekly financial dashboards
Basic accounting (bookkeeping and bank reconciliation)
- Human Resources
Labour management: handle new staff, do the payslip, keep record
Assist with head office/employee communication
- Business Development
Participate in the opening of new salons
Participate in the creation of new branch companies for each new salon
Help develop the master franchise and find new franchises.
To be considered for this role:
- Business school, 1st or 2nd year
- Fluent in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in an English speaking country is appreciated
- Reliable, practical, pragmatic, dynamic, motivated, trustworthy and good spirit
Internship avalaible for : for six months or more from the beginning of March

Job Description
Business Development Function:
- Identify prospects for new business, find the best way to approach them, and arrange meetings
- Follow up on existing leads to turn them into sales
- Maintain and develop relationships with key accounts
- Act as the main point of contact between our company and our customers for all customers and a selected number of already existing customers
- Coordinate with all internal departments to ensure maximum client satisfaction
- Monitor industry changes, evolutions and updates, to turn them into business opportunities
- Manage daily work and administration functions in Sydney office
Requirements
-Between 2 to 4 years business development/sales experience
-University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Ability and desire to sell, confident and determined approach
-Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
-Process oriented
-Ability to tactfully guide and advise team of fieldwork executives
-Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, in a business -environment. French language would be a plus.
