    Our Small Business member E&G Global is recruiting a Sales Operator and Business Developer, both as part-time roles, for it subsidiary TyreStock.

    SALES OPERATOR

    About the company: TyreStock, the first BtoBtoC tyre platform in Australia (www.tyrestock.com.au). This is your chance to work for a hopeful start-up supported by Steve Baxter and the RCL program in Brisbane. A start-up known for its awesome culture, having good tractions in the automotive and tyre industry all over the world. A good training ground: opportunity to work with a happy team combining many years of experience in the tyre industry, sales, marketing and web development. 

    About the role: The sales operator position has become available within the team due to phenomenal growth. Great opportunity to join the team. The role will involve you managing the daily orders from purchase order / bill / invoice / delivery / & payments. Every day you will be in contact with our suppliers, delivery team & customers to be sure everything is going well. You would be responsible to organise the delivery under 2 hours! That’s our mission. 

    Skills & Experience required:

    - Strong focus on the orders process from end-to-end

    - Previous experience in a fast-growing start-up is highly advantageous

    - Experience in the orders/delivery process

    - Be super-organised and manage the pression with the smile (having several orders at the same time!)

    - Good & Friendly Communication with partners & team

    - Be Fun, Motivated & Independent 

    Area: Brisbane

    Office: RCL, Fortitude Valley

    Hours: From Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day

    Contract: Casual / Part-Time

    BUSINESS DEVELOPER

A start-up known for its awesome culture, having good tractions in the automotive and tyre industry all over the world. A good training ground: opportunity to work with a happy team combining many years of experience in the tyre industry, sales, marketing and web development. 

    About the role: The business developer position has become available within the team due to phenomenal growth. Great opportunity to join a young and cracking team. You will be reporting directly to our CEO who has 15+ year experience in Sales and Marketing.

    You will be allocated a customer portfolio in Brisbane. (Tyres and Mechanical workshops) and be dedicated to grow this portfolio.

    Because we aim to serve the industry like no one else, your high service level and ability to build long term relationships is a must. 

    You will have freedom in the sales strategy on how to operate in conjunction with our CEO.

    Skills & Experience required:

    - Sale experience of 5+ years (ideally in Business Development)

    - Experience in Automotive industry is a plus!

    - Previous experience in a fast-growing start-up is preferred

    - Strong focus on the customer experience. Willing to spread happiness around you.

    - Good & Friendly Communication with partners & team

    - Be Fun, Motivated & Independent 

    Package phone and computer available.

    No car offered but compensation paid every week to cover car expenses & fuel

    Area: Brisbane

    Office: RCL, Fortitude Valley + On the road

    Hours: From Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week, flexible hours

    Contract: Casual / Part-Time
