PUT FORWARD EVENTS AND PARTNERS
Inform users and promote partners and services.
The interface allows to highlight the flagship events or those currently taking place in the Arena. The marketing team is able to categorize the events which values the information while facilitating the choice of the users.
The application also gives partners an additional visibility via the interactive plan and dedicated articles or notifications.
MAKE VISITORS MORE AUTONOMOUS
Relieve the pressure on reception points by developing pre-arrival services.
By improving visitors services before they arrive, the Arena can relieve the pressure on its on-site reception points and improve its traffic flows.
To do so, the application features services for booking show tickets, reserving parking spots and preordering meals.
Users can also find their way in the arena thanks to the interactive, filterable plan (entrance doors, toilets, shops, entertainment and other services.)
ENRICH THE DATABASE
Collect user data to increase impact and foster engagement.
Thanks to the information collected, the Arena constitutes a cross-platform database enabling it to better know its users.
This knowledge stimulates users engagement by enabling targeted and customized notifications to be sent.
The application also facilitates the sharing of events on social networks and features a Social Wall to follow all the news about a show on the web.
