Yesterday we were delighted to welcome Nicolas Tessier (former General Manager, Retail Innovation at Telstra) who gave our guests a wide variety of tools to create consistent and relevant brand assets.
In this session, Nicolas presented the different brand archetypes, encouraging us to think about the purpose, the personality and the values of a brand. He then explained in further detail what a customer value proposition (CVP) consisted of.
We then focused on brand naming and signature experiences: How can you make people choose your brand over another? How does your customer feel, what does he/she think, do and say before/during/after your brand experience?
To sum up: a very interesting and informative briefing with clear-cut examples and concrete experience sharing.
