PREDICT is a French Innovative SME (French Innovative Label from BPI) employing 20 engineers, working for industrial performance and energy efficiency through connected devices and mix of treatments and analysis on very small to very large volumes of data.
After 4 years of successful Research & Development during European Projects on real-time monitoring and remote maintenance, PREDICT was created in 1999 by 3 researchers from the Nancy Research Centre of Automatic Control, CNRS UMR 7039. PREDICT was awarded in 1999 and 2000 at the French Competition for Innovative Technology Start-up.
The software bricks CASlP® and KASEM® provide customers with a clear vision of their installation, an accurate understanding of the drifts origins and a help in the prediction of actions for a sustainable return to nominal operation. In particular, our solutions supply Asset Health Management (AHM) real-time software platform for Condition Based Monitoring (CBM), Predictive Diagnostic, Prognostic & Health Management (PHM), Fault-Tolerant Control (FTC) and Proactive Therapy.
Originally developed for remote diagnostic of Hydroelectric power stations, PREDICT’s technologies widely apply to Nuclear Fuel Industry (Chemical, Fuel Manufacturing, Fuel Recycling), Navy, Aeronautic, Power Energy, Renewable Energy (Wind, Hydrogen, Tidal, Biomass, Sea Current), Steel & Metal Industry, Microelectronic, Mineral Industry, Machine Tools, Industrial Vehicles, Oil Refinery, Pharmaceutical Industry, Pulp & Paper etc.
Since its foundation, PREDICT collaborates on various projects with industrial partners in Europe (Belgium, Finland, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom) and has been involved for 6 years in collaborating programs called Factories of the Future and Industry 4.0.
In the Aeronautic and Naval industry, PREDICT has been collaborating for more than 14 years with a world leader by implementing its technological bricks on aircraft carrier, air-defence destroyers, anti-submarine frigates, offshore patrol vessels, multi-mission frigates, support vessels, over 20 operational warships and the implementation foreseen on all new building programs.
In the nuclear industry, PREDICT has been collaborating for more than 16 years with a world leader by implementing its technological bricks on different plants of nuclear fuel cycle.
More than 100,000 equipment are now monitored by PREDICT’s digital solutions 24/7. Our solutions lead to successful anticipations from 2 weeks up to 6months, therefore contributing to the accomplishment of a lot of missions and operations. Today, PREDICT’s technological advance is well known and effectively operates in many industries.
