Adelaide Venue Management Welcomes Back South Australia's Entertainment Industry
AVM has released a video expressing their optimism for the future of Adelaide's live entertainment venues as vaccination rates increase.
After a challenging year for Adelaide’s entertainment industry in the wake of COVID-19 restrictions, the team at Adelaide Venue Management created a video to share to the public, featuring AVM staff and singer Rose Senesi from local band No 2 Ways, which highlights the struggles they have faced in the past year and their hope that the industry will experience a brighter 2022 as Australia’s vaccination rates rise.
AVM's General Manager Coralie Cheney said that:
"2021 has been a challenging year for Adelaide Venue Management and the events industry at large ... the video features just a few of our dedicated AVM team members who work tirelessly behind the scenes to deliver COVID Safe events. We hope the video inspires the community to #vaxthenation to help our industry survive. Together we will keep the events industry alive!"
Between the lockdowns and outbreaks of the past year, AVM have used the time to develop these plans for COVID-safe events that ensure the survival of Adelaide's vibrant entertainment industry despite the pandemic and can be enjoyed by all Australians as borders open, allowing these venues to operate once more at their pre-Covid capacities.
