Aircalin unveils its new visual identity

AIRCALIN new visual identity

AIRCALIN unveils a new visual identity, placing New Caledonia at the heart of its brand and future A350-900 livery.

This rebrand reflects the company’s ambition to highlight its deep roots in New Caledonia, as expressed in its tagline, “New Caledonia, it’s in our nature.” The new logo is not a break with the past; key elements of AIRCALIN’s identity have been retained, including the hibiscus emblem and colour palette.

AIRCALIN launches a new visual identity

AIRCALIN is now written in capital letters, marking a change in the airline’s typographic identity.

AIRCALIN’s flower emblem remains at the heart of the identity, now with clearer linework. It gains a fifth petal, which the company describes as symbolic. Its outline has been simplified and its pistil lightened to improve recognition.

A rebrand focused on New Caledonian identity

“New Caledonia” is now fully integrated into the logotype. It is presented as more than a geographical reference. The updated identity places greater emphasis on the airline’s connection to New Caledonia.

The existing colour palette has been retained: the blue of the lagoon, the red of the flora, the orange of the earth continue to be part of the airline’s visual identity.

New logo to debut on AIRCALIN’s first A350-900

The new logo will first appear on the airline’s fleet on the livery of AIRCALIN's first A350-900, arriving in New Caledonia in December 2026. The new visual identity will then be rolled out progressively across all company brand assets and platforms over the coming months: fleet, uniforms, agencies, digital channels and communication materials.

According to Georges Selefen, CEO and Chairman of AIRCALIN's Board:

“This new logo embodies who we are and where we are headed: a deeply Caledonian airline, proud of our origins and determined to carry New Caledonia’s colours onto the international stage. The imminent arrival of our first A350 in December is the perfect symbol of this renewed ambition.”
