Perkins Coie and Ashurst Finalize Combination Creating Ashurst Perkins Coie

Perkins Coie and Ashurst combine to form Ashurst Perkins Coie, with 52 offices across 20 countries and 3,500 practitioners.

Perkins Coie and Ashurst announce the completion of their combination, forming Ashurst Perkins Coie, a global law firm operating across technology, energy and infrastructure, and financial services. The firms state that they entered the combination with positive financial performance and experience integrating AI into their operations. Now combined, Ashurst Perkins Coie has 52 offices across 20 countries and regions, over 950 partners and 3,500 client-facing practitioners, with major offices in Seattle, London, Sydney, and New York.

Sector focus and services

Drawing on its experience with the relevant sectors and technologies, Ashurst Perkins Coie will advise companies operating in these areas, whether in negotiating transactions, handling litigation matters, or interpreting regulatory requirements. As financial institutions, energy companies, and tech innovators navigate emerging commercial and regulatory developments, Ashurst Perkins Coie will provide legal advice.

As previously announced, Bill Malley and Paul Jenkins are Global Co-CEOs of Ashurst Perkins Coie, with Karen Davies and Brian Eiting as Global Co-Chairs.
