Reef Digital Director Hadrien Brassens Launches Diploria AI, an Australian-Built AI Visibility Platform

FACCI member Reef Digital has launched Diploria AI, a Sydney-built platform that shows businesses how they appear in answers from 12 AI engines.
Hadrien Brassens, director of Sydney digital agency Reef Digital and a FACCI member since 2019, has launched Diploria AI, an Australian-built software platform that measures how businesses appear when customers ask AI assistants for recommendations.
The platform tracks brand visibility across 12 AI engines, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Mistral, the assistant developed by Paris-based Mistral AI. It shows businesses whether they are mentioned, how they are described, which competitors are recommended instead, and which websites the AI engines rely on to build their answers. It then turns those findings into a prioritised list of improvements.
From Agency Tool to Standalone Product
Diploria started as an internal project at Reef Digital, which has worked with commercial brands, charities and purpose-driven organisations since 2011. As clients increasingly asked what AI assistants were saying about them, the agency built a tool to find out, tested it across its own client accounts, and developed it into a standalone product now available to businesses and agencies in Australia and internationally.
Since going live, the platform has recorded more than 120,000 individual responses from AI engines, each stored in full so businesses can see exactly what was said about them and when.
Why It Matters for Businesses
AI assistants are fast becoming a starting point for finding suppliers, advisers and services. Roy Morgan research published in June found that 58% of Australians aged 14 and over used AI tools in an average four weeks in the March 2026 quarter. For businesses operating between France and Australia, the question is more complex still, as the same question asked in different markets or languages can produce different answers.
Hadrien Brassens, founder of Diploria AI, said:
"Most businesses know exactly where they rank on Google, but very few know what ChatGPT or Gemini tells a customer who asks for a recommendation. We built Diploria because our own clients were asking that question and nobody could give them a clear answer. Before building it, I reviewed a number of AI visibility tools, and I wanted ours to go beyond a dashboard: to show businesses what to actually fix first.”
“Being French, and having built my career in Australia, I am particularly pleased that Diploria tracks Mistral alongside the American and Chinese engines. I have yet to find another platform that does, and for a French-Australian community that lives across both worlds, that matters.”
