Veolia and Yani Resources are partnering to support local Indigenous employment and training in the Peel Region.
Veolia has partnered with Yani Resources as their Labour Hire supplier at Alcoa Wagerup. This collaboration supports the integration of local Indigenous talent into our workforce while contributing to sustainable business development in the Peel Region.
Yani Resources is a Supply Nation certified organisation that aims to provide Indigenous and Non-Indigenous employment opportunities in a culturally safe environment, offering a wide range of services in the Construction and Mining industry.
Local Employment and Training Opportunities in the Peel Region
All new trainees, who are local to the Peel Region, will join Veolia's structured Pathway Programs for long-term career building, creating real economic benefits for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses in the region and helping strengthen sustainable workforce pipelines for future regional projects.
