Coomera Garden Resort is designed to have 86 serviced apartments and 111 luxury suites, as well as full resort facilities including a conference and function hall, 2 duty free shops, MG VIP tour/yacht/golf club, lobby bar & cafe, Asian restaurants, terrace buffet & pool side BBQ kitchen, great karaoke and bar, gym & spa, a wedding chapel & garden, as well stunning wetland and river view.

Coomera Garden Resort provides accommodation to four million visitors inclusive of one million international tourists in the Dream World and Movie World as well Hollywood BB Film Village.

The resort also plans to have an in-house hospitality school, which welcomes 100 international and local students and provides a 2-year training program in: Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Commercial Cook, and Bakery and Pastry Chef.
