Marie is a leadership strengths coach, mentor and facilitator, based in Sydney, working on a global scale, supporting individuals and companies to reach higher success. She is a PCC (International Coaching Federation), Gallup, Hogan, an ACE Enhanced Practitioner, Positive Intelligence & Korn Ferry adapted to Microsoft [360 debrief] certified coach. With an international background (Brazil, France, US, UK, Singapore and Australia) in:

She has launched Marie The Coach in order to help professionals, across various industries, in their professional growth and become their best self.
She empowers clients from mid-level to C-Suite, gain awareness on what is getting in the way of their success, to taking actions in order to reach their goals. There is often a focus on being authentic, brand building and deciding which paths will bring more success. Marie has been passionate about strengths from a young age and use the Gallup assessment & the Hogan one to help clients understand their strengths, detailers and values.
She also delivers workshops / trainings to teams, either around strengths, so people can collaborate better or around shifting to a coach mindset, in order to drop the mentor mindset and empower direct reports, peers, stakeholders or leaders to grow in the workplace instead of being problem solvers.
