Egis’ strategic acquisition of Engeny boosts water, engineering and environmental services in ANZ

Egis' second acquisition in the region this year reinforces its growth strategy, driven by the rising demand for water security, sustainable water management, infrastructure, and climate resilience. With more than 250 employees across seven offices in Australia, Engeny specialises in water management, engineering, and environmental planning, enabling Egis to expand its presence in this evolving sector..
Complementary Service Offerings
Engeny’s portfolio complements Egis’s extensive range of services. This acquisition will enable Egis to offer a more comprehensive suite of solutions, including:
- Water Management: Advanced water resource management, flooding, stormwater and waterway management, and water planning services
- Environmental Consultancy: Cutting-edge environmental impact assessments, closure and remediation, sustainability strategies, and ecological services
- Engineering: Innovative infrastructure design, civil, structural and geotechnical engineering, and urban development projects.
