Clifford Chance advises Allegro Funds on sale of Pizza Hut Australia to Flynn Restaurant Group

Clifford Chance has advised Australian firm Allegro Funds on the sale of Pizza Hut Australia to a wholly owned subsidiary of Flynn Restaurant Group.
