Abinash BarikInternational Case Counsel, with the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC)

Abinash is an International Case Counsel with the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Abinash is involved in the case management portfolio of arbitration, adjudication, and sporting disputes. Abinash is a qualified lawyer in India and an Arbitration Practitioner since 2014. He has previously worked in various jurisdictions such as India, United Kingdom and Germany, working at leading law firms and chambers. Abinash was awarded a full-merit scholarship on Private International Law by ‘The Mayor of the Hague’ at The Hague Academy of International Law, Netherlands. Abinash is involved in an upcoming publication by Wolters Kluwer in 2021 titled ‘Arbitration in India: The Practitioner's Guide’. Abinash is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).

Abinash read law at KIIT University, India and obtained his LLM in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London, United Kingdom. He is also pursuing his doctoral studies at The Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg in Germany.
