Fiona WaterhouseCEO, Utilitas Group & Non-executive Director, Unitywater

Fiona is the CEO of Bioenergy Developer, Utilitas Group, who partners with industry and local government to redefine how electricity, gas, oil, fertiliser and chemicals are produced and delivered to enable food and agribusiness to grow and profit sustainably.

A production engineer by trade, Fiona has decades of experience focusing on heavy industries. The last 10 years has been dedicated to developing sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Fiona was previously the Director of Strategic Policy for the Queensland Environmental Protection Agency. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of water supply and sewage treatment utility at Unitywater and provides Capital Markets Firm Industria Capital with hands on insights into integrating ESG with greenfield infrastructure development.

Fiona was awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Management from the UTS in Sydney and has received post graduate qualifications in environmental studies from Macquarie University and public policy from QUT.
