Jenana is the General Manager Digital Solutions at Schneider Electric, where she is responsible for setting and delivering digital transformation strategies within the Digital Buildings business. She leads client success and business growth through digital transformation across the full asset lifecycle, identifying and driving new value and growth opportunities by leveraging digital and emerging technologies.

Jenana has over 18 years' experience in technology within the built environment, in a series of consulting, business advisory, commercial and transformational roles. Throughout her career she has been helping large organizations leverage technology to achieve gains in productivity, drive new value, innovate, and deliver bottom line improvements. She is passionate about leveraging technology as a strategic enabler of sustainable business futures, business innovation and growth.

Jenana holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a certified Agile Scrum Product Owner and Agile Scrum Master, a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and holds a certificate in Design Thinking for Business Innovation.

In her spare time, apart from giving back to the community, Jenana serves as President of a not-for-profit board
