Laurent OffroyChief Operating Officer, Keolis Downer Bus

Laurent has always worked in urban operations, from JCDecaux Street Furniture’s, to public transport with Keolis Belgium as COO of the Bus Operations in Brussels.

Laurent joined Keolis Downer in Australia in 2015 to take care of the integration of the newly acquired bus company called ATE (Australian Transit Enterprise), then worked on several projects, including the Newcastle integrated transport network where Laurent was the Transition Manager when KD took over the contract in 2017. Laurent is based in Brisbane where he lives with his wife and 3 children.
