Lynne Cockerell is a Deputy Head of the Economic Analysis Department at the Reserve Bank. She has worked at the Bank for more than 25 years across in various roles across Economic and Financial Markets Groups. Lynne also spent two years working as a Policy Advisor in the Markets Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She has an honours degree in economics and econometrics from the University of New South Wales and a masters from the London School of Economics.
