For more than 25 years, Wassim worked in and consulted for a wide range of major corporates including Financial organisations (like St George, Westpac, AMP, Cuscal), FMCG (he spent 8 years with Unilever in Operations, Supply Chain and Process Optimisation management roles), Heavy Industry (including Steel and Paper Making) and Telecommunications. Other than Australia and New Zealand, he also worked and consulted in Asia when working for Capgemini as well as in the Middle East for Philip Morris.

Three years ago, Wassim founded Winning Formula, a unique business transformation consultancy that unites revolutionary big thinking with progressive methodologies and disruptive technologies to help position his clients ahead of the curve and successfully launch them into a more profitable, customer-centric future.

Since Winning Formula made robotics (RPA/AI) one of their core offerings, they consistently delivered 25% improvement in business efficiency while paying for their programs within 12-18 months from launch.

An engineer by trade, with his extensive business acumen, his Masters in Technology, his deep experience and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Agile framework, and his broad and wide experience in Operation Excellence, Wassim is a thought leader in Process Re-engineering, Business Optimisation, Automation, RPA and AI.
