Zoya Sheftalovich is a contributing editor and reporter for POLITICO, currently based in Sydney, Australia. Before returning to Australia, Zoya worked in Brussels HQ as a technology reporter.

Prior to POLITICO, Zoya worked as an investigative journalist for Australian consumer affairs publication CHOICE, edited the Australian Centre for Independent Journalism’s news site Reportage, was a content specialist at ninemsn and a foreign correspondent for 2SER Radio.

Zoya graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney with degrees in journalism (first class honors) and law (honors).
