We are delighted to continue our 2019 workshop series with a new event that will demonstrate how the Agile Methodology can be implemented in a working environment to gain efficiency and resiliency.

Description of the workshop

Since the oil crisis, the challenge for companies is to improve their time to market in order to remain in the competitive race. This acceleration triggered a reconsideration of the ways of working, especially in IT departments. Agile is a set of values which fit to the business needs, to get more reactive to contextual events and more focus on customers' needs.

Implementing Agile principles in an organisation causes a huge disruption on practices and behaviours, hitting established processes and tools, destabilising long-standing management schemes.

Outcome

Romain Vailleux, Senior Agile Coach, will enable participants to experience the elementary principles of Agile with an interactive workshop based on gaming and interactions.

The participants will leave the session with:

• More knowledge about what is (and is not) Agile
• Some key questioning to determine how Agile they and their teams are
