HR Network Group is a nonprofit networking group run by HR Partners for Australian HR professionals. This event series will provide the opportunity to discuss the latest HR hot topics and current trends within Australian and overseas workplaces.

How OD Enables Organisational Change

Michelle has worked for Blue Chip companies within retail and manufacturing for the past 20+ years; from Sales, Marketing and specialist HR roles to VP HR Director and Board member level.

Michelle has led the strategy and implementation plans of HR Operations and helped lead workforce efficiency programs that have gained significant traction and results. Throughout her career, she has been committed to cultural strategy and diversity.
