Gregory’s French origin combined with his substantial experience in hospitality, and his passion for beverages encompass the perfect ingredients for his role as a consultant representing Noble Spirits and Cape Byron Distillery in South Australia. At Noble Spirits, Gregory also specialises in the sale of French products such as the wines which our guests will be able to experience during this wonderful event.

Gregory has 14 years of experience in hospitality, including 12 years of bartending and bar management. He is an avid cocktail connoisseur who is passionate about mixing drinks, experimenting with unusual spirits, and creating wonderful experiences for customers.
