Lisa ClaesChief Executive Officer, CoreLogic International

Lisa is currently the CEO of CoreLogic International, the world's largest property data and analytics company, accountable for the overall business performance of its operations across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Immediately prior to joining CoreLogic she served as an Executive Director of ING's Australian retail banking operations directly responsible for its revenue and the financial performance of its commercial banking unit. Through Lisa’s transformational leadership capabilities and as a key architect of INGs value proposition, ING enjoyed strong year on year profit, significant uplift in customer numbers, market leading NPS, high employee engagement and brand leadership. Most notably, ING became the 5th largest retail bank in Australia and the leading challenger bank to the big 4 Australian domestic banks. Concurrent to her local Executive accountabilities, Lisa represented the Australian Retail Banking operations on the International Retail Council and chaired INGs Global Mortgage Forum. Earlier in her career Lisa practised as a barrister, served as General Counsel for the fully diversified financial services group Mercantile Mutual and held executive positions in Wealth and Insurance. 

Lisa is a member of Chief Executive Women and has been active on not for profit boards throughout her executive career and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Loreto Kirribilli. Lisa is well recognised in the Australian banking and financial services industry for her thought leadership, regularly publishing and presenting on key issues and trends shaping the future.

Recently, Lisa was recognised in the 2018 AFR “power issue” as one of the top three influencers within the Australian property industry sector.
