Lucile leads projects to achieve carbon emissions reduction, leaning on her 15 years’ practice of delivering outcomes in the renewables and power sector. She brings outstanding experience in the development and implementation of solar photovoltaics projects and has led Tenesol’s (now Sunpower) entry into the Australian market.

In supervisory and advisory roles in the power sector, she has improved safety and environmental performance, operational quality and stakeholders’ satisfaction by leading significant cultural change among field operations internal workforce and contractors.
