Megan’s professional career spans the commercial private sector, in consulting and architectural practice, and the senior public sector, with responsibilities in the delivery of major capital projects and innovation-led economic development. 

As Deputy Chief Executive of the Department for Trade and Investment, Megan’s role includes setting agency strategy, aligning corporate functions and teams for highest impact, and in representing DTI in a formal capacity nationally and internationally.

Megan is directly responsible for nine industry sector teams established to increase the State’s competitiveness, assist South Australian companies to trade internationally, attract foreign direct investment and curate investment opportunities for international and interstate markets.
