Michelle PhippsGroup Head of Talent, Learning and Inclusion, Coca Cola Amatil

Michelle is Coca-Cola Amatil’s Group Head of Talent, Learning & Inclusion and drives Talent and Succession, Leadership and Engagement, Capability and Recruitment for Amatil’s Australian and Group businesses. Before Amatil, Michelle led the HR function for two US multinational FMCG businesses across APAC.

She spent three years in HR at Coles Supermarkets NSW and nine years in Retail Sales and Store Management at David Jones. Michelle has a PhD in Culture and Communications, an MA HRM and is a Fellow of AHRI.
