Sophie is a Certified Professional Development coach, owner of SHAKE YOU UP, a coaching practice empowering executives and professionals to lead effectively, achieve ambitious results and leverage limitless potential.

Prior to becoming a coach, Sophie spent over 10 years in Human Resources across a range of different sectors through consulting and multinational groups. While, she was Head of HR in a division of Danone (for the Middle-East and South-East Asia region), she managed her own successful HR Department, supporting the Business Unit to grow of ~30% each year. She also held HR consulting and Talent Development positions in France, Dubai and Sydney.

• Accredited as Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and certified coach with TLC (The Leadership Circle)
• MBTI Step I & II Certified Practitioner ( Myers-Briggs Type Indicator), Strong Interest Inventory Certified
• Master of Management  (Grenoble Graduate School of Business, France)
