Belinda FanCountry Manager, X-ELIO

Belinda has worked in the energy industry for more than 16 years. Until 2018, She was a partner at Herbert Smith Freehills, specialising in energy transactions. After being voted as one of the Best Lawyers in Energy & Mining in Australia in 2018, Belinda decided to seek different opportunities to directly contribute to Australia's energy transition. As a seasoned advisor, manager and director, Belinda brings a full toolkit of expertise to her current role as the Country Manager and director for X-Elio's Australian operations. X-Elio is developing 600MW utility scale solar projects in Australia and 5GW of solar projects globally. Belinda is still constantly amazed and excited about the rollercoaster that is renewable development.
