Graham has been the Chief Executive Officer of Water Utilities Australia since 2016 and sits on the board of directors as an executive director.

Graham spent 20 years at Sydney Water, starting as a graduate engineer and working his way up as a member of the executive leadership team. After leaving government, Graham has been a Chairman, MD and Director of over 40 companies in the past 30 years, including Osmoflo, United Utilities Australia, Salisbury Water, Blue Sky Water Partners, Australian Water Association and Infrastructure Partners Australia.
