Consisting of 16 large 6 x 2 metre pieces, each mural has been created by an artist of different cultural background and style, to showcase the rich appreciation for aquatic life shared by the diverse Oceanic cultures.

The 11 chosen artists come from various backgrounds and have displayed their artwork though modern photography, portraiture of marine biodiversity, traditional mythology, legends and significant totems.

Shane Walden, ANL Managing Director says:

“ Today, supporting the environment and preserving biodiversity is key in the long term.  With Australian roots, ANL has a connection with The Great Barrier Reef and we are proud to contribute to protecting this fragile ecosystem. This exhibition is an opportunity to highlight traditional Oceanian cultures and educate the public on climate and environmental protection through street art. ”
