Atos completes acquisition of Ipsotek

The acquisition of Ipsotek by Atos contributes software capabilities and IP to its solutions portfolio

Atos has announced that it has completed the acquisition of Ipsotek, an AI enhanced video analytics software provider. This acquisition will add software capabilities and IP to its solutions portfolio.

Atos is specialised in Edge AI/ML and more specifically Edge Vision, with its end-to-end Edge solutions from infrastructure to AI/ML services. Atos will welcome around 50 professionals to its team, which brings capabilities in AI-powered video analytics solutions for mission critical solutions.
