Equance expands its presence in Brisbane, Queensland

The private wealth management company Equance has now a representative in Brisbane, Queensland.

Florian moved to Australia in 2022 and joined the Equance group as a consultant to advise French nationals to develop their personal wealth in a tailored approach. He lives in Brisbane where he is close to the French community and an active member in associations. He travels throughout Queensland from Gold Coast to Noosa to meet people who want to be informed about investment opportunities. Video-conference meetings are also possible for those who wish to do so or those who are further away.

Equance is an international private wealth management firm created in 2005. The group is a leader and expert in the assistance of French non-residents and manages 8000 clients worldwide in 50 countries with 60 collaborators. Prestigious groups are partners with Equance, which allows Florian to accompany his clients on Real Estate investments, several types of SCPI shares with renowned companies, Private Equity, and French or Luxembourgish investment. In addition to advising, he takes care of the search for financing through credit with his banking partners.

He has a passion and knowledge for real estate and investment opportunities in all its forms. He has been working as a real estate agent on the French Riviera and also has over ten years as a Financial Advisor for Crédit Agricole Bank where he received his certification AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers). Entrepreneurial at heart, he decided to obtain a Business Master's degree before being promoted to Corporate Advisor.

Florian assists Employees, CEOs and Business Owners through multiple requests and strategies after studying their personal and professional situation to carry out and to provide a wealth audit for his clients. He advises on various aspects such as the constitution or revaluation of assets, retirement to obtain capital and/or annuities, tax optimisation through the application of the French-Australian bilateral convention, preparation for a possible return to France, the study of civil status for the transmission of assets or the different matrimonial regimes.
