Pernod Ricard Winemakers renewed their certification as a Family Inclusive Workplace

Pernod Ricard has made significant advances to their family-friendly policies since first certifying in 2021.

Pernod Ricard Winemakers renewed their certification as a Family Inclusive Workplace.

Kim Kickel, Pernod Ricard Winemakers, commented:

"We are fortunate to work with supportive teams and being part of a culture of people looking out for each other, being able to discuss these challenges without it being frowned upon for taking so much time off and being able to openly communicate with understanding was immensely valuable to me."

In 2022, the Pernod Ricard Carers Policy and Support Guide was introduced and has enabled employees like Kim to balance their caregiving responsibilities with work.

Alicia Partridge, Inclusion and Wellbeing Specialist at Pernod Ricard Winemakers, declared: 

'Being a family-inclusive organisation not only improves the wellbeing of employees by reducing stress but has also led to better business outcomes such as improved productivity, increased job satisfaction and costs associated to employee turnover and recruitment.'
