QLD | Defence Boardroom Dinner with McCullough Robertson
Our Queensland Chapter was delighted to host an exclusive Defence Boardroom dinner sponsored by our Corporate member McCullough Robertson
Hosted by our Queensland President, Brian Lorigan, Brett Sangter, Partner at McR Defence, and John Kettle, Partner and Head of International at McCullough Robertson, our recent exclusive Defence Boardroom Dinner in Brisbane was a great success.
We were delighted to welcome representatives from Airbus Pacific Group, Thales Australia and Rheinmetall Defence, as well as the Commandant Jean-Marc Le Quilliec, Defence Attaché in Australia and NZ.
Limited to 20 guests, the dinner was the occasion for key Defence stakeholders (Defence Prime contractors, Defence SMEs, Defence law firms, Defence representatives and Defence associations) to exchange on the future of Australian Defence in Australia and in QLD, to discuss the latest Defence news and how to continue enhancing Defence Local capability and the interaction between major primes and Defence SMEs.
The event was successful with very engaging group discussions throughout the evening, and also provided ample opportunities to all attendees to network and discuss business opportunities.
