RGB Assurance joins global project consultancy TSA Riley - SCD Advisory on the sell-side
Global project consultancy TSA Riley announce the significant expansion of their Australian Systems Engineering and Safety Assurance Advisory service.
SCD Advisory facilitated the partnership between TSA Riley and RGB Assurance, ensuring a beneficial transaction for all parties involved.
The partnership with RGB Assurance grows TSA Riley’s Systems Engineering and Safety Assurance Advisory offering across Queensland and Western Australia. RGB’s 30 specialist engineering consultants augment TSA Riley’s strong Rail-sector experience, with the team’s sights set on the Defence, Aviation and Power sectors.

TSA Riley’s partnership with RGB Assurance follows DGA Group and Henry Riley, who both joined the business in 2023. In recent years TSA Riley has strategically expanded in geography, services and headcount and now approaches 1,000 people across Australia, the UK, New Zealand and Southeast Asia.
