Real Estate and Interior Design, with a french touch!

Hexagon is the venture of Frenchy and Laurent, two French enthusiasts about real estate.

Laurent is a Senior Interior Designer: he graduated from the prestigious National Superior School of Applied Arts, Boulle, Paris, in 1999. Starting his career working with Vuitton, Dior and Guerlain, he decided to leave France for New Caledonia, where he collaborated with interior designers and architects to manage projects of luxury houses. More than a simple interior designer, he works for Hexagon as the Head of Design and Project, where he orchestrates the seamless integration of innovative design concepts, ensuring their flawless execution from inception to the final realization on the field. His expertise extends to sustainable constructions, a specialization acquired through training with the CSTB in 2007.

Frenchy is a Real Estate Specialist; he has been in the sales business for 15 years. Originally from New Caledonia, he first came to Australia during his teen years and after some travel, settled back permanently in 2006. He is a skilled negotiator and brings a unique client-focused approach to Hexagon Real Estate.

Born from the desire to achieve excellent results and impeccable services for their clients, Hexagon is a boutique agency, focused on bringing one's vision to life.

They offer services such as "Optimisation for sale" and "Support for real estate purchase" - advising clients to help determine if a property has a real potential. They accompany their clients throughout all the steps from sketch, 2D plans, 3D views to reality.

Since 2002, Laurent has been entrusted with projects spanning from simple renovation or development of outdoor spaces to major commercial projects (+1500m2 projects). Drawing on his experience and the relationships of trust established with his clients, he regularly leads design and engineering teams for nursing homes, real estate developments, office complexes, industrial and tourism complex, and even internationally renowned factories.

Laurent has been working with famous French companies such as Engie, La Fnac, Canal+, and April; medical centres, pharmacies but also institutions such as the Court of Assizes of the French Ministry of Justice and the Maritime Museum.

Since 2004, Laurent also works with a New Caledonian architect as a project manager, architect collaborator for large projects such as: private hospital, nursing home, residences of 20 to 130 housing units, high schools, public buildings… managing from conception to site work.
