HR A LA CARTE’s philosophy is based on the fact that people matter and has witnessed how changes in labour laws can often put companies at risk if they do not have the right HR polices and processes in place.
Pascale Toussat, owner of HR a La Carte, is passionate about mentoring and supporting leaders coming from overseas or working for French companies in Australia to ensure they acquire the cross-cultural business acumen without faux pas. She also provides coaching services for people who are struggling with their career.
