Praline Patisserie products are freshly baked on-site or shipped straight from their factory in the Swan Valley Daily, in Western Australia.
The company also has in-store offerings such as:

- Private Functions 3-course meal or Buffet,
- "Petit Chef" kid's cooking classes from 4 years old,
- High Tea, Monday to Thursday, $45 per person,
