Summary
2020 was a year of reinvention for FACCI as the Chamber transitioned to digital-first operations to support its national community through the COVID-19 crisis. The Annual Report 2020 offers an in-depth look at how FACCI maintained business momentum, delivered essential services, and engaged over 450 members across five states.
With 101 events delivered in virtual or hybrid formats and a major online edition of the French-ANZ Business Days attracting 1,200 registrants, the Chamber pivoted effectively to meet the moment. From digital industry forums to a record number of member communications, FACCI continued to provide platforms for connection, learning, and visibility.
