Priscilla is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Contribute Consulting Pty Ltd which provides advisory expertise to C-Suites and major projects in a variety of industries, she is also the CEO of the Infrastructure Association of Queensland (IAQ) and the Independent Chair of the Queensland Department of Health Investment Assurance Committee.

Priscilla was a Principal at Arup, a leading global design firm, as Head of Business Strategy for Transport & Resources in Australasia. Under her tenure, the sector witnessed exceptional transformation and growth, becoming one of Arup’s global success stories. Prior to joining Arup Priscilla worked for Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd as Head of Strategic Projects. Before moving to Brisbane Priscilla held several diverse roles in the port and city place-making in NSW and WA.

Priscilla is a dynamic senior leader with a proven track record in designing, implementing and leading transformational change. This has been demonstrated across the breadth of Priscilla’s corporate history in consulting and government, where she has led significant transformational programmes and shaped new operating models, with delivery of exceptional and sustainable results. As a Sociologist Priscilla always places people at the centre of her thinking.
