Bureau Veritas Australia strengthens its market leadership in Building Compliance services
McKenzie Group Consulting, Bureau Veritas’ subsidiary, completed business and assets acquisition of BCA Certifier Australia and Hendry Group.
Bureau Veritas’ subsidiary entity, McKenzie Group Consulting completed the acquisition of the business and assets of BCA Certifiers Australia Pty Ltd, a leading building certification and building code advisory group operating across the Australian Capital Territory and Southern-New South Wales effective 1 November 2023.
Additionally, they completed the acquisition of the majority of Hendry Group’s Building Surveying and Essential Services Management business activities effective 1 December 2023.
Complementing McKenzie Group’s existing offices, the expansion via the BCA Certifiers business into the Canberra market brings local expertise in both residential and commercial sectors across the ACT and Southern-NSW regions.
